Happy Thanksgiving

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!

Psalm 107:1

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. It’s a time when Peggy and I, a long with millions of others in America, join with friends and family in a great meal. And, if you’re a football fan like I am, watch the Cowboys beat the Eagles!

On this special day of thanksgiving I am reminded of the many blessings I have in my life. I am thankful God has given me a very special wife who loves the Lord. He blessed me with healthy kids and 2 grandchildren and another one on the way! I am thankful for godly parents who moved to Texas in 1950 – 64years ago, to follow the Lord’s will for their lives and found a company they named Premier Designs. I am grateful for the many people God has sent to be part of the Premier Family to serve and enrich the lives of so many others. Little did anyone realize what God would do for and through Premier.

As you gather together, remember to focus on giving thanks for all God has done for you, your family, your business and this great country. All we have and will have comes from Him – not because of what we do, but because of His goodness and mercy.

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!

Psalm 107:1

Happy Thanksgiving to the Premier Family! I thank God for you and all you have done for Premier and for us. May the Lord continue to bless Premier as we enter into the 30th year of sharing and enriching lives.

Have a wonderful and blessed day,

  1. Happy Thanksgiving to the entire Premier and Horner family. Giving thanks for all of you. Now about those Cowboys and Eagles…we shall see! 🙂

  2. I want to thank you and Peggy for taking the time to meet with us this past weekend at Haven of Hope. What you shared on Thursday evening at the lodge was just what I needed to hear to revive my business. I didn’t join Premier for the income necessarily but for the biblical foundation and the ministry of hope shared to women. I started my business to continue that mission to women I come in contact with. This past year I lost focus of that fact, my “why”. Your talked and being so open about Premier’s foundation and purpose reminded me that those things were mine as well. I heard the Lord tell me to return to the mission/ministry He called me to in March of 2010. I believe that my business will succeed again when I put the Lord first in it again. I want to thank you and Premier for the opportunity to have not only a business that can help my family but one that enables me to follow God’s calling for my life.

  3. Thank you Tim for that special Thanksgiving holiday message. I pray that all the blessings you sent go out to you, Peggy and your family. God Bless you and thank you again.

  4. Thankyou for your loving spirit and providing even a prayer ministery. I have request prayer several times due to personal things. God is so good to answer many prayers. I wish your entire family a wonderful day, even if you are a Cowboy fan.

  5. I am very grateful for all The Lord has done for me, my family, my businesses and everyone he has brought into my life. I am grateful for Premier and he entire Premier Designs Family.

  6. Thank you for the thanksgiving wishes! I am thankful that God pursued a wicked sinner like me when I didn’t know I was lost. I thought I had gotten saved when I was five, but I didn’t really understand what I was doing. The first time I remember the Holy Spirit convicting me was when I was 12. I scared to death of going to hell but I had made a profession when I was five so out of fear I prayed if I’m not saved please save me, over and over and got myself back to sleep. I had just heard a sermon on hell. I loved going to church and serving there but knew there was something missing. When I was a teenager I’d ask certain people I knew to pray for me and give them other prayer requests bc some how I knew God heard them. I thought he didn’t answer me BC of the sin in my life. I knew the verse of u regard iniquity in ur heart the Lord will hear u. I didn’t know that I in fact wasn’t even His child. When I 19 I started seeking asking people what they remembered about when I got saved. I asked my mom. She told me how the Sunday school teacher came to her and told her I had gotten saved and she she remember the date that I got baptized bc it was my dads birthday. That didn’t give me peace. I asked Sheila who I thought might have been in my Sunday school class but she wasn’t. I was in the shower one morning and God asked me what do YOU remember? I took a deep breath and ok I remember getting baptized. Ahh that’s not how u get to heaven. So I realized I was lost that morning, but pride kept list for two more weeks! I started listing things I had done at church. I lead the songs in youth group blahdy blahdy blahdy blah…and then there’s the what’s so and so going to think. Anyway the church my family had just started going to didn’t have a class for my age group like the one we’d gone to since I was 7 and I didn’t feel comfortable going to the adult class yet so I went to the youth group still since I knew and had went to church camp with the leaders. We were playing a Bible trivia game. I of course knew all the answers, right. Afterwards the youth leader came up to me and thanked me for being so involved I think you got others excited too. Something like that. I just remember feeling so dirty with the compliment. So I asked his wife janea if I could talk to her privately. She took me to the classroom next to the preacher’s office. I sat on the end closest to the door and her on the opposite end. I proceeded to tell her my struggles and sins. She asked me why do I think I struggle with with it. I said bc I’m not saved. And u know how to get saved don’t u? Yes. She said that sometimes when we grow up in church our whole life we hear the truth and just do what we’re supposed to do to get saved without really understanding and believing it for ourselves, just going through the motions. That’s what I had been doing. I didn’t even realize it until later that I was trying to work my way to heaven. Somehow thinking the good things I was doing made me acceptable to God. Whatever! All our righteousnesses are like filthy rags, the Bible says. If we confess our sin He is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 Thank you thank you God for keeping your promises. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9-10‬ KJV) I am so thankful that he doesn’t just save us and leave us the way we are either. He keeps pursuing us.
