We Know God Called Us to Premier!

When I began my Premier journey over five years ago, I was on crutches. After a horseback-riding accident and surgery just months before, I was having a difficult recovery. Since then, I have had three more surgeries. Two of those were in 2014. Also, through my exposure in Premier to the concept of “servant leadership,” I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership ( I graduate in May!). Plus, Brad and I have three boys, whom we homeschool. The oldest was diagnosed as bipolar at age seven, but just recently received a new diagnosis of high-functioning autism. Our Premier family has been huge in walking with us through these trials.
Premier has been a major influence in our life through the example of the Horner Family and marketing staff, and also our local leaders, upline, downline and sideline. Our Premier family is our closest circle of friends. They have become the people with whom we do life. They are the ones who helped us celebrate the birth of our third son, as well as the first ones to volunteer to bring food and offer help during my two surgeries last year. It has influenced us positively, in that while we were already walking with Christ, it brought a new level of integrity into our lives that we hadn’t previously experienced. We have loved sharing Christ and His plan of salvation through our business with others. Our business is not just a way to pay our bills, but it is truly our ministry. We know God has called us to Premier to be a light for others. We are humbled at the amazing things God is doing in us and through us.
During my first four years with Premier I continued to work my full-time job, but this past August, God called us to take the leap of faith and work Premier full time—both of us! Our current goals are to sponsor two new Jewelers a month and hold at least eight shows per month. I was able to attend Regional Rally, in a wheelchair pushed by Brad, and in the last two weeks of January, we not only achieved the Consistency Challenge, but also sponsored four new Jewelers! We give God all the glory for our harvest! Recently we reached our goal of Designer Circle and qualified for the Designer Trip to Canada. We are striving for Four Diamond Designer and praying to celebrate our 10th Anniversary on the Cabo trip! Our theme is “Pray as if it depends on God and work as if it depends on us!”
